Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $79.98 or more — FREE shipping. This covers the 3-jar and 5-jar bundles.
- Single jar orders — $10.00 shipping and handling.
Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. During promotions or unusually high volume, processing may take slightly longer — we will email you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery time
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 6–9 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday periods can add time.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our facility. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 30 days — we will help you file a carrier claim and make it right. Packages that arrive damaged are replaced or refunded in full at your choice.
