180-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Magnesium Freeze™ with a full 180-day money-back guarantee. If the product did not earn its place in your routine, we will refund your purchase — no questions asked.

No product returns required

You do not need to ship anything back to us. Used, opened, half-empty — it does not matter. We would rather you actually try the product than leave it sealed on a shelf. One email is all it takes.

How to request a refund

Email us at pdr.santiagoo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email used on the order
  • A short note about your experience (optional, but it helps us improve)

We reply to every refund request within 1–2 business days.

Refund window

Requests must be made within 180 days of the delivery date of your order. Requests received after 180 days cannot be processed.

When you get your money back

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days. Original shipping and handling charges, where applicable, are refunded along with the product price.

Damaged, defective, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at pdr.santiagoo@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund it in full — whichever you prefer. Please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Cancellations and order changes

Orders are sent to our fulfillment center quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it before it ships. If it has already shipped, the 180-day guarantee above still applies.

Exchanges

We currently offer a single product in one size. If you ordered the wrong quantity or bundle, contact us and we will make it right.

Abuse of this policy

This guarantee is intended for genuine customers. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of demonstrable abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple orders or accounts.
